IRG Construction Management LLC (“IRG”) strives to work with its clients in the manner that best suits their needs. For clients with less construction experience and/or time to handle their projects, IRG can do everything necessary, including working with architects and city officials, to translate a client’s dream into a turnkey realty. When a client already has plans and permits, IRG can serve as general contractor and turn approved plans into a completed project. When clients have approved plans and their own contractors, IRG can work as construction manager, providing professional tracking, compliance, and inspection services as required.

For projects requiring plans and permits, IRG will have plans drafted, permits pulled, and rehabilitation construction completed. The company will provide a turnkey property. For clients participating with IRG’s development partners, who specialize in providing veterans or other specialized programmatic housing, IRG will ensure that all its subcontractors utilize appropriate numbers of veteran or other program-specific trainees on their crews to comply with development partner requirements. The company also guarantees that all individuals working on these projects will have the appropriate insurance, including workers comp, prior to undertaking work at any job site.

Please note: If the project requires special use permits, variances, etc, these services will not be included in the contract price. However, IRG can recommend appropriate counsel to help apply for these governmental approvals. In fact, IRG’s manager, L. Mark DeAngelis, an attorney with nearly 20 years’ experience handling zoning, land use, and other real estate matters, can oversee the proper use of these professionals to make sure IRG’s clients best utilize these professionals.
